Free pickup at the store

You can always choose the “Free in-store pickup” option. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm the availability of your order, generally within 24 hours. Our store is located at Promenades Gatineau, entrance Gate 2 near Shaker Restaurant. Pickup is available during our regular business hours. Photo ID and a confirmation signature are required upon pickup at the store.

Delivery costs

Purchasing gift cards is always free. They are delivered by email. Gift cards can be used online or in-store, your choice.

For purchases of $99 or more (before taxes and excluding gift cards), free shipping* is available in Canada. Some items may be excluded based on their weight or volume, even if you have received a confirmation of your purchase. Some mailing addresses may also require a surcharge. In these cases, we will call you before shipping to confirm the applicable additional charges. You will then have the option to confirm your order by accepting the charges or cancel it for a full refund.

For purchases under $99 (before taxes), a delivery fee of $10 to $25 applies, depending on the delivery option chosen, the delivery location, the quantity of items ordered, and the weight and volume of the package. The delivery cost will be added to your invoice before final confirmation of your order. Some mailing addresses may also require a surcharge, even after your order has been confirmed. In these cases, we will call you before shipping to confirm the applicable surcharge. You will then have the option to confirm your order and accept the additional charges or cancel it for a full refund.

delivery time

The standard delivery time is 2 to 10 business days, depending on order processing, but cannot be guaranteed depending on product availability and destination address. If the delivery time is longer than expected, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please allow for longer delivery times during the December holiday season.

You must select the regular delivery option to receive free shipping via our local delivery service, Canada Post, Purolator, ICS, GLS, CanPar. A shipping notification will be sent to you by email along with a carrier tracking number. The carrier is determined by our delivery management team based on the available carrier and our best rates. If you prefer a specific carrier, please specify it in the comments of your order. Fees may apply if the cost is higher than another carrier. We will contact you to notify you and send you an invoice for the difference.

A signature may be required upon delivery. You are solely responsible for providing the correct shipping address and verifying it when confirming your order, otherwise you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for an order as well as the shipping costs for having your order shipped again. In the event you choose to cancel your order, the actual shipping costs for your original order as well as the return shipping costs to the store will be deducted from your initial payment.

Gift delivery

It is possible to have a gift delivered to a different delivery address than your billing address. If you would like to add a personalized note to the gift, simply let us know in the "Comments" section and we will be happy to add it.

Local Delivery: Gatineau, Ottawa and surrounding areas

Local delivery is free for purchases of $80 or more. For orders of $30 to $80, before taxes, the delivery cost is $7.

When you order online and your delivery address matches one of these postal codes, a local delivery option will be displayed in addition to the Pickup in Store or Delivery by Purolator options.

Areas served

Please note that delivery times vary between three days: Monday - Wednesday - Friday. Orders are delivered within 24 to 48 business hours for all in-stock products.

Please note that packages are delivered to your door without a signature. By choosing this option, you release Boutique Planète Bébé Inc. from any liability in the event of theft or damage to your package. Photographic proof will be sent via text message upon delivery.

If you are unable to ensure receipt of your package within a few days of placing your order, please choose the Purolator signature delivery option.
