Our all-bamboo day inserts absorb 11oz . They are made of 100% natural fibers.
Our inserts can be machine washed and dried but dry very quickly hanging.
Do not use fabric softener in the dryer (in any load) as it will clog the insert and reduce performance.
For maximum absorption, we suggest you wash them 5-6 times before first use.
