Shipping policy

Free Pickup at the Store

You can always select the "Free Pickup at the Store" option. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is ready for pickup, usually within 24 hours. Our store is located at Les Promenades Gatineau, entrance 2, near the Shaker restaurant. Pickup is available during our regular opening hours. A photo ID and a signature will be required when picking up your order at the store.

Shipping Fees

Purchasing gift cards is always free. They are sent via email. Gift cards can be used online or in-store, as you prefer.

For purchases of $99 or more (before taxes and excluding gift cards), the free shipping* option is available in select Canadian provinces, including Quebec. Some items may be excluded based on their weight or volume, even if you have received a confirmation of your purchase. Certain postal addresses may also require an additional fee. In such cases, we will contact you before shipping to confirm any extra charges. You will then have the option to confirm your order by accepting the fees or to cancel it for a full refund.

For purchases under $99 (before taxes), shipping fees range from $8 to $30, depending on the shipping option selected, the delivery location, and the quantity of items ordered. The delivery cost will be added to your invoice before your order is finalized.

Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, following the processing of the order, but it cannot be guaranteed based on product availability and the destination address. If the delivery time is longer than expected, we will notify you as soon as possible.

You must select the regular shipping option to benefit from free shipping via Canada Post or Purolator, and you can choose the carrier. A shipping notification will be sent to you by email along with a tracking number.

A signature may be required at the time of delivery, with an additional charge of $2 + tax. If you choose not to pay for the signature, you are fully responsible for ensuring the package is received at the delivery location. We are not responsible for stolen packages, and we do not refund any lost or stolen parcels. You are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping address and verifying it when confirming your order. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees of your order as well as the fees for re-shipping it. Should you choose to cancel your order, the actual shipping costs for both the initial order and the return to the store will be deducted from your refund, which will be credited to your original payment method.

Gift Delivery

It is possible to have a gift delivered by specifying a different shipping address from your billing address. If you wish to add a personalized note to the gift, simply let us know in the "Comments" section, and we will be happy to include it.
