Free pick up at the store

It is always possible to choose the option "Free pick up at the store". An email confirmation will be sent to confirm the availability of your order, usually within 24 hours. Our store is located at Promenades Gatineau, entrance door 2 near the restaurant Shaker. Pickup is available during regular business hours. Photo ID and a confirmation signature are required at the time of pickup at the store.

There is no shipping cost on purchase of gift cards. They are sent by email. Gift cards can be used online or at the store, at your choice.

For purchases of $ 99 or more (before taxes and excluding gift cards), the free shipping option * is available in Canada. Some items may be excluded based on their weight or volume, even if you have received a confirmation of your purchase. Some mailing addresses may also require an overload. Delivery time

Exchange or refund policies

Refund or exchange of a defective item

Items on sale at Boutique Planète Bébé are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect. For an exchange or a refund of a defective or non-compliant product, you must go to the store with the invoice and the product in its original packaging within 10 days. It is possible to exchange the items offered as a Christmas gift purchased from November 30, by going to the store until January 9th. However, no exchange can be made on December 24th, 26th and 27th.

Promotions always apply to selected products only while stocks last. These are always final sales without possibility of exchange or refund. No special order or set aside. Refund
