The winter syrup blend combines 3 incredible plants traditionally used in herbal medicine to support the body and alleviate the discomfort of seasonal ailments.

The stars of this fabulous blend:

  • Elderberry: a great champion for relieving discomfort and supporting the body for faster recovery! Check the Its Little Extras tab to learn more about this small but mighty berry

  • Marshmallow: soothes, coats & softens an irritated throat

  • Astragalus: an adaptogenic plant that prepares and supports against winter ailments and seasonal changes

    PRECAUTIONS

    • Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, in case of autoimmune disease, or if taking immunosuppressants or lithium.

    • Not recommended for children under 8 years old

    Instructions

    This blend allows you to make approximately 250 ml of syrup, which you then put in the fridge.

    1. Pour 500 ml of water over the syrup blend, which is the entire contents of the bag.

    2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat.

    3. Simmer for 20 minutes, then strain. Press the herbs well to extract maximum syrup.

    3. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of unpasteurized honey, if desired.

    4. Store for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator, in an airtight container.
