Preparation
1. Pour 250 ml of simmering water over 1 tbsp of herbal tea.
2. Let infuse for 15 minutes under cover.
3. Strain and drink hot or cold.
For optimal results, consume between 2 and 4 cups per day for one week, starting 5 days before the start of your period.
Efficiency tip : prepare 1L at a time and drink your infusion slowly throughout the day in your water bottle!
