The mountain of trust is designed to help young people aged 7 to 11 think about the different components of self-esteem, i.e. feeling of security, self-knowledge, feeling of belonging and feeling of competence . They are called upon to answer questions that concern them by drawing a parallel with the experience of the yeti.
